Leading pharmaceutical manufacturer: working in collaboration with a neurologist who specializes in Alzheimer’s disease, we co-defined, and created all documentation for, a comprehensive preceptorship program designed to educate their regional sales representatives about the myriad clinical, social and familial dynamics and impacts of the disease.
Southeastern community college: defined comprehensive, CLE (continuing legal education)-certified 8-hour seminar designed to inform attorneys and other professionals of the employment and access implications of the newly enacted Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA). Crea & Associates provided all services related to this initiative, including definition of module components, selection and interviewing of speakers (2 attorneys and another professional), creation of documentation, securing of CLE certification and credits for legal practitioners, and extensive development of seminar collaterals.
Large national retailer: conducted organization-wide employee satisfaction surveys and interviews (13 locations in 3 states), which included statistical analysis and a comprehensive report reflecting findings; wrote a comprehensive training manual, employee handbook and training video script for this chain of discount stores, the largest of its type in the nation. These initiatives and materials proved to be highly effective in standardizing operations, enhancing employee morale and performance, and minimizing liability exposures.
Four local political campaigns: served as campaign strategist and writer for four highly contested local political races, including development of websites and drafting of campaign content (press releases, speeches, collaterals and letters).
Large international maritime conglomerate: ghostwrote and edited numerous internal reports, business plans and related documentation.
Leading international auto manufacturer: co-developed and ghostwrote a complex technical paper which was preselected for presentation at their international quality symposium.
Healthcare professional association: coauthored a legislative bill mandating licensure of dispensing opticians in a Southern state.
